1. Acceptance
By using Beyond Brochure ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to students, mentors, and visitors.
2. The Platform
Beyond Brochure is a paid and voluntary mentorship marketplace that connects students with verified alumni and professionals for 1:1 guidance sessions. We are not a coaching institute, college counsellor, or placement agency.
3. Student Terms
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- Session content is for personal guidance only — not professional, legal, or medical advice.
- You may reschedule once per booking up to 4 hours before the session at no charge.
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of a session if expectations were not met — email us with details.
- You must not record sessions without explicit written consent from your mentor.
- Transcripts delivered by the platform are for personal use only — not for redistribution.
4. Mentor Terms
- Mentors must provide accurate credentials and keep their profile up to date.
- Mentors share personal experience only — not institutional or employer views.
- Confirmed sessions must be honoured. Repeated no-shows result in account suspension.
- Mentors must not solicit students for services outside the Beyond Brochure platform.
- Voluntary mentors are not entitled to compensation unless enrolled in a paid plan.
- Beyond Brochure reserves the right to remove any mentor at its discretion.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Beyond Brochure charges students directly — colleges and institutions pay us nothing. Refund eligibility is at our discretion and typically limited to 24 hours post-session.
6. BBX Reviews
- Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience.
- False or defamatory reviews will be removed without notice.
- The ₹500 Amazon voucher is issued only upon review approval by the BB Team — approval is not guaranteed.
- One review per reviewer per college.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another person or institution.
- Using the platform to collect student data for third-party purposes.
- Offering or accepting bribes, commissions, or referral fees in connection with college admissions.
- Posting false credentials, fake reviews, or misleading information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including BBX Score™, PlacementProof™, and Beyond Mentor™ — is owned by Aulakh Ventures Private Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Beyond Brochure provides a platform for guidance — we do not guarantee college admission outcomes. Mentor advice is personal and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or plan in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
